Master Lock Comanche Leading the Fleet
Sydney-Hobart 2025-26
The Rolex ocean classic started with a wild, wet and windy start sporting heavy swells and winter conditions. A strong southerly greated the boats as they left the heads. Conditions at the finish were intially becalming for the fleet with an intense duel between maxis Law Connect and Comanche down to metres apart. 128 yachts started and the race claimed 34 due to severe conditions, hull damage, rigging failures and crew issues. Law Connect lost time with rigging failures and Comanche blasted to a strong finish to take line honours with time to spare. See you there on the next one…!

Travel Tip - Lost Bags
The aviation industry is entering a new era of baggage loss as the numbers of bags handled increases following Covid years. Passengers can decrease the loss risk by checking in baggage only for a single flight!
Travel Tip - Airport Terminals
Despite airports working on new processes the terminal is a most unfriendly place. The best way to avoid the discomfort of crowds and the stress of missing the boarding call is to be early for your flight!
Travel Tip - Cancelled Flights
The cancelled flight is the ultimate abuse for the passenger even though the airline may not be at fault! Whilst not that easy, read the fine print about refunds and transfers and chose an airline that is fair!
